1. Service and accounts
NoveraFlow provides local diary records and optional account features. Google or Apple sign-in creates and accesses a Supabase Auth account. Support inquiries and account-owned Push features require the relevant signed-in account.
2. Records and AI feedback
NoveraFlow provides a diary and reflection experience. AI feedback may be unavailable, delayed, or incomplete and is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions based on your records or feedback.
3. Local records and backup
Primary records and attachments are stored on your device under the current v1 design. You are responsible for protecting your device and any backup ZIP you export, testing restoration where appropriate, and deleting copies you no longer need.
4. Privacy and account-linked features
Authentication, analytics, support, and Push features process only the data described in the Privacy Policy. Do not place passwords, authorization codes, tokens, or unnecessary sensitive record content in support messages.
5. Account deletion
Signing out does not delete an account. Permanent deletion requires Google or Apple reauthentication and final confirmation in the app, or the verified external request procedure when the app cannot be used. Deletion scope and retention periods are explained on the account deletion page.

6. Availability, changes, and contact
The service may change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, provider changes, or operational reasons. Material changes to these terms or data handling will be reflected in the public policies. Questions may be sent through the public contact channel.
